We can all feel overwhelmed when we are first starting out or expanding our business. It is especial difficult if you are a Sole Trader or a small business as you already have multiple hats to wear.
When I am working with someone in this position, I always suggest taking a step back and looking at where you are at that moment and where you want to be in 6-12 months. Then work backwards to your current position creating small tasks that will help you achieve your end goal. They work forward to make sure you have the key tasks in place.
It is easier to work on small tasks that knit together, than working on the 'BIG' picture all at once. It is a great way to keep motivated, as you tick those smaller tasks off your list and helps you keep juggling your other roles.
