Starting a business or just making plans for your current business can be challenging. Having a focused approach can help take some of the stress away.
One way to do this is to create a Business Plan. This does not have to be very detailed, it depends on what you do, what you need from it and the time you have to put into it.
However, having one in place can help you monitor your milestones and keep you focused on where you need to be.
For example, if you are moving from a hobby to a small business, knowing all the things you may need is hard! Especially if this is not your key area of expertise.
Having a simple business plan that highlights the key areas to consider, but keeps it simple, could help you move forward. This is particularly helpful if you are a sole trader - it can be difficult to know how far you have come/have to go without a measurable way of doing this.
If you feel having a business plan may help you, please get in touch and I will send you a copy of the template my previous clients have found helpful. I will not bombard you with follow up emails, or expect anything from you. It is simply my way of supporting a small business in a small way.
